The register of qualifications · RTO 45459
35 qualifications, 131 skill sets and the complete first aid suite, delivered under our own registration and assessed against the national standard. Whether you are starting out, changing direction, returning after a break or formalising years of experience, the pathway begins with your situation and not with a course list.
Start with the person, not the programme.
A warm, premium advisory direction designed around a learner's context, confidence, existing capability and next professional conversation.
We are often asked whether our qualifications are only for people already in a role. They are not. The same nationally recognised outcome is open to anyone, and the difference between learners is the starting point, not the standard they are held to.
You have finished school, or you are close to it, and you want a qualification that employers recognise rather than a course that only fills a year. Certificate III and IV are built for this.
You already have a working life and you want a different one. What you bring still counts, and the entry point is chosen around it rather than around a brochure.
Time away from paid work is not a gap in capability. We start with what you can already do and build the study plan from there, at a pace that fits the rest of your life.
Years of practice may already satisfy part of a qualification. Recognition of Prior Learning assesses that evidence formally against the same standard.
First aid is where most people meet nationally recognised training for the first time, and it is the part of our scope we are asked for most often. We hold every current HLTAID unit, from CPR through to managing first aid services, plus the Occupational First Aid Skill Set. Training is practical, assessed on real technique, and delivered for workplaces, education and care settings, remote sites and individuals.

Make the qualification decision visible.
A fast, visual decision environment that lets learners move between goals, study areas and recognition pathways without losing context.
Every qualification below is current on our scope of registration, and is delivered and assessed by us under RTO 45459. Search by code or title, or use the filters to narrow the list by goal, study area and level. Fees shown are the standard fee for that level and are a guide for planning. Entry requirements and your suitability are confirmed with you in writing before you enrol.

A skill set is a nationally recognised group of units that meets a specific licensing, regulatory or workplace need. It is shorter than a qualification, it is recognised in its own right, and the units count towards the full qualification later if you choose to continue.

View skill setsIf you have been doing the work, some of it may already satisfy the requirements of a qualification. Recognition of Prior Learning is a formal assessment of that evidence. It is not a shortcut, and it is not a certificate for turning up. If an assessment finds that further evidence or learning is required, you will be informed.
SuitabilityWhether recognition is a realistic route for your history, at no cost and with no obligation.
EvidenceWork products, position descriptions, project records, references and anything else that shows the work.
ConversationA structured discussion with an assessor to test depth and context, not a quiz.
DeterminationA decision against the requirements, and a plain statement of any gap that remains.
Every testamur, record of results and statement of attainment we issue carries a unique certificate number and a scannable barcode. If someone has handed you one, you can confirm in seconds that it is genuine and that it has not been revoked or replaced. Employers, licensing bodies, other providers and students are all welcome to use it, and no account is needed.
The certificate number printed beneath the barcode, and the name shown on the document. Scanning the barcode straight into the field also works.

Every claim on this page is a matter of public record. A provider that is difficult to verify is telling you something, and a provider that is easy to verify should be held to it. Our registration, our scope and our delivery rights are published in full on the national register.
