The people behind CAQA have spent their careers in Australian vocational education - auditing RTOs, developing industry-validated learning resources used across the country, and guiding providers through every iteration of the Standards for RTOs.

In 2018 we put that expertise to work directly for learners, registering CAQA as a national RTO (45459). Today we deliver over 30 qualifications and a deep catalogue of skill sets across eight industry training packages - online/blended delivery, Australia-wide, with our registration extended to 2031.

CAQA RTO 45459 is part of Career Calling International, the group whose other businesses provide RTO compliance consulting and publish training and assessment resources used by providers across Australia.

Accountable, transparent, regulated

CAQA operates under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 and complies with the revised Standards for RTOs - the Outcome Standards, Compliance Requirements and Credential Policy that commenced 1 July 2025. Our leadership maintains:

• Fit and Proper Person Requirements for all executive officers
• Financial viability and fee-protection measures, including the $1,500 prepaid-fee limit
• Trainer and assessor credentials verified against the 2025 Credential Policy
• AVETMISS-compliant data reporting and Unique Student Identifier verification
• Risk management, continuous improvement and annual declarations to ASQA
